Artist
Vermont, United States
My journey in art and design began when my family and I relocated to Vermont in 2017, leaving behind the busy life of Long Island in New York. After completing my high school education at Woodstock Union High School, I embarked on a new chapter as a UVM student, diving deeper into the captivating world of working on graphic design and art. I am working towards my degree in Studio Art and Social Communications at college. I am looking to be independent and find a partner and friends. Connections with others are essential to me. I am pursuing my passion for art and design. Beyond my school, I enjoy different activities like painting, dancing, and immersing myself in music. As a 21-year-old artist, I am constantly inspired by the world around me, living on campus and exploring creativity. I am eager to share my artistic journey with you.
I was diagnosed with epilepsy-SCN8A at 12 years old, and autism at the age of 17. As socialising wasn't easy for me, I now like to try other things occasionally. I am fascinated by food and would like to travel to different countries. I have a particular interest in Japanese culture. I live Japanese culture through mediums like anime and manga, which inspired me to consider the art form deeper. The unique aesthetics, storytelling techniques, and attention to detail in these forms of media have significantly influenced my artistic style and continue to inspire my work.
My motto is: "Don't let yourself be taken over by other people's expectations."
